PHYS 3313: Introduction to Semiconductor Device Physics
This course is an introduction to the crystal structure of solids,
the physics of semiconductors, and the pn junction,
with an emphasis on applications to semiconductor devices.
It requires a background in calculus-based electricity
and magnetism (PHYS 2114).
