This course is dedicated to fundamental concepts of thermodynamics. Main
topics include equilibrium conditions, reversible and irreversible processes,
Maxwell relations, phase transitions, microcanonical and canonical formalism.
The course requires undergraduate level introduction to thermodynamics (PHYS
3113) as prerequisite.
